) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details (gold type, number of teeth, customization, etc.) are correct before checkout.

2. Production & Delivery

Production time: approximately 15 business days.

Shipping: FedEx Express (2–3 business days). Tracking will be provided once shipped.

Total delivery window: 2–4 weeks.

Tailored Grillz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside of our control.

3. Payments

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Returns & Refunds

As each piece is custom-fitted, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued for items damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence.

5. Warranty

No warranty is provided unless explicitly stated on the product page. Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of jewelry.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and logos on Tailored Grillz are the property of Tailored Grillz and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
