RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All custom grills will be special ordered and customized when our warehouse receives your mold.

Warranty Policy

The warranty on custom grillz is not guaranteed unless it is purchased at the time of purchase. Custom grillz are made to order and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. As a result, the only way to guarantee the quality of these items is to purchase the warranty at the time of purchase, since it will not be available afterwards.

Upon receiving the completed custom grill, you have seven days to notify us of any fitting issues or defects. We provide one free adjustment within this period (excluding single and double caps).

Cancellation Policy

Our warehouse will charge a 35% cancellation fee without shipping or mold fees on all custom grillz that are special ordered from the manufacturer upon receiving your mold. Purchases paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card charged.

Return Policy

All sales are final after the custom grillz are received. If you believe your grillz are defective, please contact returns@tailoredgrillz.com. Upon receipt of your request, all information will be reviewed and further instructions will be provided within 5-7 business days. Any grillz received for return or exchange must be 100% brand new, in sealed condition, with all original packaging and contents intact.
