We ship via USPS. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time. Shipping timeframes are for business days only as we are closed on federal holidays and weekends. Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it is placed. This is depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

 

All customized grills have a lead and manufacture time of 2-3 weeks after the mold kit is received in the correct condition. The above shipping terms are only for mold kit shipments and finalized customized grills. The shipping time frame does not include lead and manufacture time.
